Our coffee is a combination of four coffees - Guatemalan, Costa Rican, Sumatran and Columbian. This is a great blend but we believe the key to quality espresso is the person making it. You can have expensive coffee and ruin it by not preparing it properly. Bertolino's strives to make each cup with great care.

All our employees are trained and monitored to produce the best cup possible. The long and short of good espresso is in the timing of the shots. If the shots are too long they will be bitter, if they are too short, they will be too watery. The optimum time of espresso shots is 20 seconds. We time each shot. If you ever come into one of our shops you will see our employees using timers every time.

The owner's favorite cup is an 8oz. two shot Americano.
